About this deal

Subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and limited regulation by the Prudential Regulation Authority. They come in a low-profile charging case that can charge the earbuds an additional 4 times, for a total of 15 hours of playtime. The Airtime Pro earbuds come with three sizes of earbud tips, giving you the chance to find a size that has a decent chance of working for you.

IFROGZ is stating that you can get up to 20 hours of playback with up to 5 charges from the included case. The case door seems likely to snap off, and since that’s integral to the function of turning on and pairing the earbuds, that wouldn’t be great. They come in blue, black, or white and feature an ergonomic stem construction reminiscent of Apple’s AirPods.I’m unsure if I should blame that on the earbuds themselves, obstructions in line of sight or the fact that I generally moved around frequently while listening to them. These buttons independently offer different functions, for instance, one quick press on either the left or right earbud pauses or resumes the music, but a double press on the right or left earbud plays the next or previous song, respectively.

This, the PRO iteration of the AIRTIME earbuds that I reviewed only a few months ago, is a marked improvement over the original.Unfortunately, a version with a wireless charging case is unavailable but Zagg has said that additional models in the AirTime family will be released later in 2019 so there’s that. I remember the wireless connection between the earbuds and the device was pretty weak, like, even if I covered up my ear with a hand, that was enough to make the connection get staticky. I’m pleased to report that that hasn’t affected my buds at all because they’re resistant to sweat and moisture.

The range is balanced, the mids and highs are clear and the bass is good enough without sacrificing overall quality.

Looking at the big picture, the AIRTIME PRO earbuds connect quickly, maintain a decent connection, come in a sleek nice case, and, for the most part, rank in at a little bit north of okay.

Sometimes they would work just fine and other times the wireless connection would drop off after moving away a few meters from my iPhone. A big benefit of stem-style earbuds are the lack of the behind-the-neck cord, which I find often gets snagged on coat collars or bag straps. Kind of a dumb question and new to the wireless earbuds market but using my air time, they make a strange sound and I believe it’s when the battery is dying because they turned off. Cordless pairs don't include extra nuts and bolts such as cords, therefore they are usually more lightweight. so they work with any notebook, smartphone, tablet or similar device as long as it supports Bluetooth connectivity.
